Successfully implementing and communicating changes has always been vital in business environments. In ever-dynamic sectors like the Marine, Offshore, Logistics and Petrochemical industry, but also in all the other business environments, they now realize that attempting to change someone's behavior without clear insight into what drives a person subconsciously is a waste of time, energy and money!

Gaining insights into our conscious and subconscious motives is the most important part of personal development. This together with understanding the behavior of colleagues, co-workers and others, allows individuals to take the next step towards successfully leading themselves and their team.

Behavior is as much connected to knowledge as it is connected to emotions and experiences.

Unfortunately, almost no training or e-learning course  really creates feelings or valuable experiences, which often leads to a big gap between knowing and doing in the workplace and beyond.

With this presentation we inform you how we really closing the gap between knowing and doing with our training programs!

Workshop

Duration 1 (one) day - minimum 6 and maximum 12 participants.

Target audience: Directors/CEO's/Managers/Executives/Employees - all industries.

Before we challenge you to deeply reflect on your own behavior as an individual and in a leadership role during one of our training programs, this workshop is a first step to a higher performance, and gives you an answer on how someone does things.

What kind of (work) pace does someone have? Aimed more towards tasks or towards people? How do I communicate optimally with this person?

Increasing self-awareness, but also the insight in the other is being increased with the insight of the Personal Style Profile. It mainly answers "how" you do things, but also how the other does things and where the bottlenecks and the contact points are located.

Also communication tips are viewed from your own personal style, but also the potential pitfalls you can take into account to adjust the communication to the other person. This way, you will optimize you and your personal as well as your team's communication.

During this workshop the participants will receive their Personal Style Profile and some other interesting items.
